Synaptix — Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 10, 2026
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product or service provided by Synaptix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use Synaptix products.
1. Digital Products
Synaptix primarily provides digital products, licenses, software, or services delivered electronically.
Because digital products cannot normally be returned in the same manner as physical products, all sales are considered final except under the refund conditions described below.
2. Refund Policy
All sales are final unless the product has a verified defect that prevents its core functionality from being used.
Any refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Refund requests made after the 7-day period will generally not be accepted, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
A refund may be considered when:
- The product has a genuine technical defect that makes its core functionality substantially unusable.
- The problem is caused by the Synaptix product itself.
- The customer contacts Synaptix support within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- The customer provides reasonable information necessary to verify and troubleshoot the problem.
- The customer reasonably cooperates with troubleshooting.
- Synaptix is unable to repair, replace, update, or otherwise provide a working version of the product within a reasonable amount of time.
A refund will generally not be issued because:
- You changed your mind.
- You no longer want or need the product.
- You accidentally purchased the product.
- You purchased the wrong product.
- You failed to read the product description.
- You failed to check the product's requirements or compatibility.
- You do not know how to use the product.
- You decide you do not like the product after receiving it.
- Your computer, device, operating system, software, or configuration is unsupported.
- You modified the product or your system in a way that caused it to stop functioning.
- A third-party platform or service changed in a way outside Synaptix's reasonable control.
- You are unable to use the product because your own account, device, connection, or third-party service has been restricted or unavailable.
The 7-day refund period starts on the date and time the original purchase is completed.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
3. Troubleshooting Before Refunds
Customers experiencing technical issues must contact Synaptix support and provide Synaptix with a reasonable opportunity to investigate the issue.
Synaptix may attempt to resolve the issue by providing:
- Troubleshooting assistance
- Configuration assistance
- An update
- A repair or fix
- A replacement product or license
- Another reasonable solution
A customer who refuses to provide information reasonably necessary to diagnose the problem may prevent Synaptix from determining whether the product qualifies for a refund.
4. Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all listed system requirements, compatibility information, supported platforms, and product descriptions before completing a purchase.
Synaptix is not responsible for problems caused by unsupported:
- Hardware
- Operating systems
- Software
- Devices
- Configurations
- Third-party programs
- Customer modifications
Compatibility information provided on the product page at the time of purchase should be reviewed before ordering.
5. Third-Party Updates and Changes
Some Synaptix products may interact with or depend upon third-party software, websites, APIs, applications, platforms, operating systems, or other services.
Synaptix does not control third-party services.
A third party may update, modify, restrict, discontinue, or otherwise change its services at any time.
Synaptix may attempt to update affected products when reasonably possible but does not guarantee permanent compatibility with every future third-party change unless specifically stated otherwise.
6. License
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a Synaptix product grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Synaptix's intellectual property to you.
Unless explicitly permitted, you may not:
- Resell the product.
- Redistribute the product.
- Share private product files publicly.
- Share your license with other people.
- Sell or transfer your license.
- Claim Synaptix products as your own.
- Remove copyright or ownership notices.
- Circumvent licensing or access-control systems.
- Provide unauthorized copies to third parties.
7. Account and License Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, license information, and credentials.
You should not intentionally share private license credentials with unauthorized users.
Synaptix may suspend or revoke licenses that are reasonably determined to have been:
- Stolen
- Fraudulently obtained
- Resold without authorization
- Publicly shared
- Illegally distributed
- Obtained through a reversed or fraudulent payment
8. Payment Reversals and Refunds
If an order is refunded, reversed, canceled, or successfully disputed, access to products, services, accounts, or licenses associated with that purchase may be revoked.
A refund does not allow the customer to continue using the refunded product.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with a purchase, you are encouraged to contact Synaptix support first so Synaptix has an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Knowingly submitting false information to a bank, card issuer, payment processor, or payment provider in connection with a dispute may result in termination of access to Synaptix products.
This section does not prevent customers from exercising legitimate chargeback, dispute, refund, or consumer-protection rights.
Synaptix may provide relevant transaction records, delivery records, account records, refund-policy acceptance, customer communications, and other appropriate evidence when responding to a payment dispute.
10. Fraud
Synaptix reserves the right to cancel orders or suspend access when there is reasonable evidence that a transaction involves:
- Payment fraud
- Unauthorized payment methods
- Stolen payment information
- Fraudulent account activity
- Attempts to manipulate the payment system
Synaptix may cooperate with payment processors and other appropriate parties when investigating suspected fraudulent transactions.
11. Abuse
Synaptix may suspend or terminate access when a customer materially violates these Terms.
This may include:
- Redistributing paid products
- Attempting to bypass licensing restrictions
- Attempting to obtain products without paying
- Abusing Synaptix infrastructure
- Intentionally interfering with Synaptix services
- Fraudulently obtaining licenses
- Sharing protected products without authorization
Termination resulting from a material violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
12. Product Delivery
Digital products are generally considered delivered when the customer is provided with access to the product, download, license, account, or other purchased digital content.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout.
Synaptix is not responsible for delivery problems caused solely by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
13. Proof of Purchase
Synaptix may require reasonable proof of purchase before providing support, replacements, or refunds.
This may include information such as:
- Order number
- Transaction ID
- Purchase email
- Purchase date
- License identifier
Customers should never send full payment-card information to Synaptix support.
14. Product Updates
Synaptix may release product updates, bug fixes, improvements, or changes.
Unless otherwise promised as part of the original purchase, Synaptix does not guarantee that every product will receive updates indefinitely.
15. Maintenance and Temporary Downtime
Products or services may occasionally become temporarily unavailable because of:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Server problems
- Security issues
- Technical problems
- Third-party outages
Short-term or reasonable temporary downtime does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
16. Discontinuation
Synaptix reserves the right to modify or discontinue products when reasonably necessary.
When a paid product is permanently discontinued, Synaptix may provide an update, replacement, migration option, credit, or refund where appropriate or legally required.
17. No Guaranteed Results
Unless specifically promised on the applicable product page, Synaptix does not guarantee that a product will provide a particular outcome, performance level, financial result, ranking, advantage, or other specific result.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended purpose before purchasing it.
18. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use Synaptix products.
You are also responsible for following applicable laws and the rules or terms of third-party services that you choose to use alongside Synaptix products.
Synaptix does not authorize customers to use its products unlawfully.
19. Unauthorized Distribution
Synaptix products may contain proprietary material.
Unauthorized copying, leaking, resale, redistribution, publication, or sharing may result in termination of the associated license or account and other remedies available under applicable law.
20. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified, Synaptix retains ownership of its:
- Software
- Source materials
- Branding
- Logos
- Designs
- Documentation
- Product assets
- Other proprietary materials
Purchasing a product grants only the license expressly described in these Terms.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synaptix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use a product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Where liability can legally be limited, Synaptix's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
22. No Waiver of Consumer Rights
Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict a customer's rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory law that applies to a transaction, that mandatory law takes priority to the extent of the conflict.
23. Changes to These Terms
Synaptix may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated terms will become effective from the date displayed at the top of the Terms.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an already completed purchase where doing so would violate applicable law.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
25. Contact and Support
Questions, technical problems, and eligible refund requests should be submitted through an official Synaptix support channel.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Customers should include enough information for Synaptix to locate the order and investigate the issue.
26. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase from Synaptix, you acknowledge that you:
- Have had an opportunity to review these Terms.
- Have reviewed the applicable product description.
- Have reviewed the refund policy.
- Understand the 7-day refund-request period.
- Agree to these Terms of Service.
